摘    要:起重机的金属结构件在使用若干年后疲劳寿命会有所下降,直接影响起重机的安全使用,需要作出合理评估;根据广泛应用的抗疲劳设计方法,论述起重机寿命的疲劳分析估计法,以已使用30多年的某桥式起重机为例进行相关寿命计算,并对其剩余安全使用期限提出建议。

Abstract:The tired life of metal structure of crane will decline after being used for many years,which will directly influence secure work of crane.So,it's necessary to make a reasonable estimation for it.The tired estimation method of crane's life are expounded according to the anti-fatigue design method widely applied,the relative life is calculated for the some overhead travelling crane having already been used for more than 30 years and the proposal for the residual and secure life period are given.
