舰用风机电动机设计

摘    要:针对舰用风机电动机的特点和运行要求,研制了一台10 k W风机电动机样机,试验结果表明性能满足要求,尤其振动噪声远低于指标要求,验证了优化设计的可行性和正确性。该方案采取的减振降噪措施和分析方法对舰用辅机减振降噪设计有良好的指导作用。

Design of Fan Motor for Warships
Abstract:Aimed at the characteristics and operation requirements of a fan motor, a 10 kW prototype motor is designed and manufactured. Experimental results show that the prototype meets the performance requirements, and its vibration and noise are much lower than the requirements of indicators, which verifies the feasibility and correctness of the optimization design. Thus, the analysis method for the reduction of vibration and noise mentioned in this paper is helpful and valuable for low vibration and noise design of an auxiliary machine on warships.
