对小城镇道路交通设计的思考

针对城镇化快速发展给道路建设带来的新要求，总结了大城市发展中对城市人口、用地控制不严造成城市交通拥堵、绿化减少等城市病的经验与教训。重点论述了发展小城镇是城市发展的需要与出路，以及发展小城镇对城镇道路建设的要求，并提出了小城镇内部道路交通设计的新构思，如绿色交通、节约用地、以人为本、人与自然和谐发展等。相应提出一套包括内部道路类别与等级、路网布局、道路断面及宽度、交叉口交通组织设计的小城镇道路交通设计标准。最后提出小城镇外部公路与其附近连络干路应采取简易立交，高速公路收费站出入口应增加信号灯，扩大渠化，增设快速公交站点等建议。
