镉致红细胞膜损伤的实验研究

摘    要:给初断乳的SD大鼠饲以含镉100mg/kg全合成饲料4周后,测定血红蛋白(Hb)、血浆铜蓝蛋白(Cp)、血清脂质过氧化物丙二醛(MDA)、全血谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)及红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,以及肝脏中有关元素浓度。结果表明:镉降低了大鼠体内铁(Fe)、铜(Cu)、硒(Se)的水平及含铜酶SOD、含硒酶GSH-Px的活性,同时血清脂质过氧化物MDA含量增高,发生了贫血;经口补充Cu、Se及Fe,对以上改变有拮抗作用,并使贫血部分恢复,提示镉可致红细胞膜脂质过氧化损伤。

Abstract:The blood levels of hemoglobin(Hb), cerrulo-plasmin (Cp), superoxide dismutase (SOD), glu-tathion peroxidase (GSH-Px), malonaldehyde(MAD) and the concentrition of Cd, Fe, Cu andSe in liver were measured 4 weeks after weanedSprague-Dawley rats fed on Cd-supplemented diet(Cd 100mg/kg). The results indicated that. theconcentrition of Fe, Cu and Se in liver and theblood levels of Hb, SOD and GSH-Px activity weredecreased, but the blood level of MAD was in-creased by dietary Cd. The abnormal changes andanemia induced by Cd were able to be partially al-leviated by oral supplementing Fe, Cu and Se. Itsuggested. that Cd was able to produce peroxidationof erythrocyte membrane lipids. It is a possiblemechanism of the decreased survival of erythrocyteand hemolysis by Cd.
