锌,硒对镉致睾丸脂质过氧化损害的拮抗作用研究

摘    要:探索了镉及锌、硒与之单独或同时给予时对大鼠睾丸组织的影响。研究表明,镉组各指标均与对照组有显著性差异;镉锌、镉锌硒、镉硒组血清丙二醛(MDA)含量显著高于对照组,而血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性及睾丸组织总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)活力显著高于镉组;镉锌、镉硒组睾丸重量系数显著低于镉组;镉锌硒组血清T-SOD活力及睾丸组织中MDA含量与镉组有显著性差异(P<0.05),镉锌组睾丸组织MDA含量仍高于对照组(P<0.05)。结果提示,镉可致睾丸组织脂质过氧化;锌、硒对此有拮抗作用,锌较硒作用弱,锌硒具联合拮抗作用。

Abstract:The effect of Selenium and Zinc used singly and simultaneously on Cd induced testis toxicity was studied.It is showed that the experimental indexes in the Cd group were remarkably different from those in the control group,while Malonic Aldehyde(MDA) contents in serum of Cd Zn,Cd Zn Se,Cd Se group were significantly higher than those in the control group.Compared with the Cd group,Glutathion peroxidase(GSH Px) activity in serum and Total Superoxide Dismutase(T SOD) activity in testis were much increased,but the coefficient of testis weight was much reduced in Cd Zn and Cd Zn Se group.T SOD activity of serum and MDA content of testis in Cd Zn Se group are showed to have the significant difference from Cd group,while MDA content of testis in Cd Zn group is still much higher than that in the control group.This study indicate that Cd can induce the lipid peroxidation in testis and Zn,Se can antagonize it .The effect of Zn is weaker than that of Se. And the combination of Zn and Se has a much higher antagonism.
