Transportation Analysis Of Deep Water Jacket

With the development of offshore oil in deeper sea, the big jackets are more widely used in China. These jackets are lain down instead of standing on the cargo barges during towing. The tow case controls the design of these jacket horizontal frames and members. There are higher requirements for the cargo barges due to the big weight and dimensions of jackets. This paper describes the methodology of the transportation, and solves the stability and motion and the structural framing problem.
