| 摘 要： | 以往城市快速路设计以缓解城市交通拥堵为目的,设计人员比较注重道路路网和交通规划领域的系统研究。城市快速路建设为人类社会带来巨大的经济效益,同时也带来了其他问题,比如:环境的污染、交通安全的隐患、交通管理的复杂。随着我国国民经济持续增长和人民生活水平不断提高,城市居民对生活环境提出更高层次的要求与期望。为了适应国际、国内新形势,建设和谐社会,落实科学发展观,有必要对今后城市快速路的设计内涵进行充实,在满足道路交通功能的前提下,体现良好的环保、节能、安全、智能和景观效果。该文结合一些工程和研究成果,对未来城市快速路的设计元素提出一些想法,以达到提升设计品质,适应新形势下城市快速路建设发展的需要。
