| 摘 要： | 对美国反倾销法中的四种行政复审制度分别做了介绍,特别是年度复审和日落复审,内容大多源于美国法典(United States Code,USC)和美国联邦行政法典(Code of Federal Regulations,CFR)。美国的反倾销行政复审制度虽然复杂繁琐,但相对比较成熟完备,了解美国的反倾销行政复审制度不仅可作为完善我国相关制度的借鉴。而且对于我国企业应对美国对华反倾销也具有现实意义。
