| Abstract: | Based on the expansion project of model works of Fokai Expressway from Xiebian to Sanpu,this paper has developed an integrated application of research results and new design methods on intelligent highway safety,management,control and service of the National Key Technology RD Program for the 11th five-year plan,to implement a new generation of model system for safety level raising.With it puts into effect smoothly,Fokai Expressway will be the model among the new extension and expansion projects in our country. |
