摘 要: | 建立基于虚拟仪器开发平台的柴油机振动监测系统,结合功能强大的数据库,通过分析监测结果,有效地对柴油机运行状态及工作性能进行动态监测,并对它的运行状况做出评估、诊断故障和预测趋势,实测表明,该系统对柴油机故障诊断是可靠的、有效的。

Abstract: | The vibration monitoring system for diesel engine based on virtual instrument development technology was designed.The system integrates a powerful database to monitor effectively the operation state of the diesel engine and its performance by analyzing the long-term monitoring results of the vibration.Moreover,the system can automatically evaluate its operation state,diagnose fault,and forecast the tendency.Practical application demonstrates that the monitoring system is reliable and effective. |
