| Abstract: | The paper introduces a new era system UNIVAID-HAS for traffic information intelligence management,system for traffic accidents administration.Its hardware mixes together with the techniques for vehicle tracing detection,fictitious coil techniques and a series of relevant techniques,which greatly meet the requirement of highway running administrative authority for traffic unexpected accidents monitoring timely. |
