大秦线扩能走内涵扩大再生产道路的实践及发展思考

2004年，大秦线在设计能力1亿t的线路上，完成运量15300万t。不论是年增长幅度，还是年运输量，都创造了世界记录。这是落实铁道部党组走内涵扩大再生产道路的结果，也是落实大秦线内涵挖潜扩能总体目标的阶段成果。2005年，需要向更高的目标2亿t迈进。为实现这一目标，现以铁道部党组提出的“走内涵扩大再生产道路”为主线，总结2004年完成1．5亿t的成功实践并对2005年的发展作深入思考。

In 2004, a total of 153 million ton traffic volume was fulfilled on the Datong-Qinhuangdao Railway, for which the design capacity was 100 million tons. The world records are set for the amplitude of the annual increment and the annual traffic volume as well. This is the result of implementation in taking the road of inherent extended reproduction set forth by the Ministry of Railways and also the achievements in stages for implementation in taking the road of inherent extended reproduction for the potential tapping and capacity expansion of the Dotong-Qinhuongdoo Railway. It is necessary to march forward toward the higher goal of 200 million tons in the year 2005. To achieve such a goal, efforts are made to summarize the successful practice of fulfilling the 150 million ton traffic volumeJn 2004 and make the deep thoughts for the development in 2005 based on the implementation of the goal for taking the road of inherent extended reproduction set forth by the M inistryof Railways.
