物探船数据中心空调送风方式数值模拟与分析

摘    要:物探船的数据中心需要具备强大的数据处理能力,能够胜任海上各种数据的采集、分析任务。在数据处理业务需求和计算机技术的共同推动下,数据中心的热密度也显著上升,常用的空调系统已难以满足这类高密度机房的冷却要求。本文介绍了为某三维物探调查船数据中心设计的地板空调下送风方案,并采用数值模拟计算的方法对三种回风方式的气流组织形式进行分析研究,结果表明这种方案可以更有效地满足数据中心降温要求。

Abstract:The data center of SESMIC vessel needs powerful data processing ability, which is capable for various data acquisition and analysis tasks on the voyage. Driven by the increasing demand of data processing and computer technology, the heat density of data center has also increased significantly. The common air conditioning system has been unable to meet the cooling requirements of this kind of high-density data center. This paper introduces the air distribution scheme under floor air conditioning designed for data center of an SESMIC vessel, and uses numerical simulation method to analyze and study the air distribution condition of 3 different return air types. The results show that this scheme can meet the data center temperature requirement more effectively.
