摘    要:斯特林制冷机是一种结构紧凑、效率高、可靠性高的回热式制冷机。随着液化天然气的广泛利用,深冷范围的大冷量斯特林制冷机成为关注的焦点之一。本文采用数值计算软件Sage对制冷机进行数值模拟,并进行整机试验研究。确定各工作参数和各部件几何参数对制冷性能的影响,对该制冷机在深冷温区的制冷量进行理论预测。初步试验得到70K无负载制冷温度。在110K获得了507W的冷量,制冷机相对卡诺效率为21.3%。试验结果显示,对试验机各缸存在最佳频率,且随着充气压力的提高制冷效率随之提高。更换回热器结构能进一步提高制冷机效率。

Simulation And Experimental Study of Stirling Cryocooler With Large Capacity
Abstract:Stirling cryocooler is a kind of regenerative cryocooler with compact structure, high efficiency and high reliability. With the wide utilization of liquefied natural gas (LNG), Stirling cryocooler with large capacity in cryogenic range becomes one of the focuses. In this paper, Sage, a numerical software, was used for numerical simulation of the refrigerator and experimental study of the whole machine was carried out. The influence of the working parameters and the geometrical parameters of each part on the refrigeration performance is determined. The initial experiment shows that the temperature of no-load refrigeration is 70K.At 110K, a cooling capacity of 306.8w was obtained, and the relative Carnot efficiency of the cryocooler was 21.3%.The experimental results show that the optimal frequency exists in each cylinder of the experimental machine, and the refrigeration efficiency increases with the increase of the inflation pressure. Replacing the regenerator structure can further improve the cryocooler efficiency.
