摘    要:LCL滤波器因其能有效减小高频谐波而被广泛应用于整流器和逆变器之中,但传统LCL滤波器中2个独立的电感需要用独立的磁芯进行绕制,不符合电力电子设备不断小型化的趋势。为减小电感体积、提高功率密度、实现电源设备的小型化,采用解耦磁集成的方法,将传统LCL滤波器中的2个分立电感设计成一个集成电感。分析了电感的磁通、磁阻等,对其进行了数学建模,并通过仿真验证了其可行性。由于磁芯材料的限制,2个电感之间不可能完全解耦,这会影响集成LCL滤波器的滤波特性;但通过合理的设计,可将耦合作用限制在可接受的范围内,保证其滤波特性。最后,通过试验验证了磁集成LCL滤波器的有效性。

Abstract:LCL filters are widely used in rectifiers and inverters because they can effectively reduce high frequency harmonics. However, two independent inductors in a conventional LCL filter need to be wound with a separate core, resulting in a large volume, which does not meet the trend of miniaturization of power electronic equipment. In order to reduce the inductor volume, increase the power density, and realize the miniaturization of the power supply device, this paper uses the decoupled magnetic integration method to design the two discrete inductors in the traditional LCL filter as an integrated inductor. By analyzing the magnetic flux and magnetoresistance of the inductor, it is mathematically modeled and verified by simulation. However, due to the limitation of the core material, it is impossible to completely decouple the two inductors, and there is still a slight coupling effect, which affects the filtering characteristics of the integrated LCL filter. In this regard, through reasonable design, the coupling is limited to an acceptable range, the filtering characteristics are guaranteed, and the effectiveness of the magnetic integrated LCL filter is verified by experiments.
