海底多金属硫化物采掘头滚筒排布方式

摘    要:为了得到合理的海底多金属硫化物采掘头滚筒排布方式,对现有的两种采掘头滚筒排布方式进行对比研究。首先进行了单齿切削实验,验证了有限元软件模拟切削多金属硫化物方法的有效性。然后利用有限元软件对不同排布方式的采掘头切削多金属硫化物矿体进行了数值模拟仿真,得到两种排布方式下滚筒及截割臂的三向力、采集率、比能耗等,结果表明两种排布方式都能平衡采掘头的侧向力,采掘头纵轴式排布相比横轴式排布采集率略低,但其比能耗相比横轴式排布要低很多。

Research on the arrangement of drum mining head for Seafloor Massive Sulfide
Abstract:In order to obtain a reasonable layout of the polymetallic sulphide mining head drum in the seabed, the existing two mining head drum arrangement methods were compared. Firstly, the single-knife cutting experiment was carried out to verify the effectiveness of the finite element software in simulating the cutting of polymetallic sulphides.Then, the finite element software is used to simulate the different arrangement mining head cutting polymetallic sulphide ore body, and the three-direction force, the acquisition rate and the specific energy consumption, etc.of the drum and the cutting arm were obtained under the two arrangement modes. The results show that the two arrangements both can balance the lateral force of the mining head, and the vertical axis arrangement mode of the mining head is slightly lower than the horizontal axis, but its specific energy consumption is lower than that of the horizontal axis arrangement mode.
