海洋核动力平台疲劳寿命评估

摘    要:针对海洋核电平台,提出一种疲劳评估方法。考虑海洋核电平台的工作特性,工作状态时选取首向浪向不等概率分布的波浪载荷,拖航状态时选取全浪向等概率分布的波浪载荷,分别计算出两种波浪载荷下的疲劳损伤度,再根据两种状态下的时间分配系数得到总的损伤度。根据提出的疲劳评估方法,建立核电平台的有限元模型,选取危险疲劳节点进行细化处理,通过有限元分析得到应力传递函数以及疲劳损伤度,验证了评估方法的可靠性,确定了危险疲劳节点的位置,并为类似平台的疲劳问题提供参考。

Abstract:Aiming at the ocean nuclear power platform, a fatigue assessment method is proposed. Considering the working characteristics of the ocean nuclear power platform, the working state selects the bow wave load with unequal probability distribution, the full wave load with equal probability distribution is selected when the state is towed, the fatigue damage under two wave loads is calculated respectively. The total damage is obtained according to the time distribution coefficient in two states. According to the proposed fatigue assessment method, the finite element model of the ocean power platform is established, and dangerous fatigue nodes are selected for detailing. The stress transfer function and fatigue damage degree are obtained by finite element analysis, the reliability of the assessment method is verified, determining the location of the dangerous fatigue node, providing a reference for fatigue problems of similar platforms.
