摘    要:国内对托管架的研究大多将其视为固定半径的刚性结构,其难以适应复杂多变的深海环境,柔性托管架核心技术被国外公司所垄断,且未公开完整的设计流程。本文以柔性托管架的伸缩式机构为研究对象,对常见的石油装备驱动机构进行分析,基于层次分析法选择最佳机构;对伸缩机构所在管段组进行有限元分析,设置参数改变管段组运动状态,分析伸缩机构对其力学性能的影响。研究为伸缩机构的设计和制备提供科学依据与研究基础,以期在柔性托管架领域得以应用和实践。

Abstract:Domestic research on stinger mostly regards it as rigid structure with fixed radius, which is difficult to adapt the complex and changeable deep-sea environment. The core technology of flexible stinger is monopolized by foreign companies, and the complete design process is not disclosed. In the paper, the flexible stinger"s telescopic mechanism is taken as the research object, the common driving mechanisms of petroleum equipment are analyzed, and the optimal mechanism is selected based on the analytic hierarchy process. Then, the finite element analysis of the pipeline segment group where the telescopic mechanism is located is carried out ,and the parameters are set to change the motion state of pipeline segment group, whose mechanical properties influenced by telescopic mechanism would be analyzed. The research provides basic scientific and research for the design and preparation of telescopic mechanism, aiming to application and practice in the field of flexible stinger.
