摘    要:为解决港口筒仓内壁磨损检测困难的问题,文章以黄骅港大型筒仓群为依托,采用三维激光扫描技术,提出点云逆向重建筒仓三维模型应用于筒仓内壁磨损检测。重点介绍了筒仓内壁损伤检测中的点云数据处理流程和数据分析方法,并针对筒仓结构特点,提出了断面分析、截面磨损分析、损坏定量分析的点云分析方法。为掌握筒仓内壁压延微晶板整体磨损情况提供了方法,为筒仓内壁的检测维修提供科学指导,验证了三维激光扫描技术应用于筒仓内壁磨损检测的可行性。

Abstract:In order to solve the difficult problem of the wear detection of the inner wall in silo,the three-dimensional laser scanning technology was used based on the large silos of Huanghua Port,and the point cloud reverse reconstruction of the silo′s three-dimensional model was proposed for the detection in this paper.The point cloud data processing flow and data analysis method of the silo inner wall damage detection were emphatically introduced in the study,and the point cloud analysis methods of section analysis,section deformation analysis and damage quantitative analysis were put forward according to the silo structure characteristics.In this paper,a method for mastering the whole wear condition of the rolling micro crystal plate on the inner wall of the silo was put forward,which provides scientific guidance for the inspection and maintenance,and verifies the feasibility of the application of 3D laser scanning to the detection of the inner wall wear of the silo.
