| 摘 要： | 校友作为一种特殊的人力资源,其重要作用在我国高等教育改革持续深入的背景下不断凸显。因此,应重视和加强校友资源的开发和利用,促进我国高校的发展。文章指出了我国高校校友工作存在的问题,并对高校校友关系管理给出了建议和对策。
