摘    要:根据牛角坪特大桥的工程特点和所属地区地材的特性,采用正交设计优化方法,优选出采用机制砂配制的高强度和工作性能好的混凝土配合比,满足了远距离、高落差和多弯管的墩身混凝土泵送施工要求,确保了施工质量。

Abstract:In the light of the construction characteristics of the Niujiaoping Bridge and the properties of materials in the region where the Bridge is located,the orthogonal design optimization method was used to optimize the mix proportioning for the pier shaft concrete that would be mixed with the artificial sand and would yield high strength and good workability.The optimized mix proportioning satisfied the construction requirements for pumping the concrete at distance,in a great falling head and through lots of bends of pumping pipes and also ensured the construction quality.
