摘    要:介绍了CAE技术在客车后桥壳铸件模具设计中的应用,实施了以华铸CAE/Inte CAST软件系统对铸件的充型过程、凝固过程数值模拟分析,预测了铸件缩孔、缩松等缺陷,实现了铸件工艺模具的优化设计。

Abstract:Application of CAE technology to die design of rear axle casing casting on bus is introduced.By using Huazhu CAE/Inte cast software system to analysis the filling and solidification process for the rear axle casing.Any defects such as shrinkage hole and porosity are predicted.Optimal design to casting die is carried out.
