| 摘 要： | 阐述了地方定额预算软件系统的设计及所采用的技术.根据软件设计中基于地方定额预算的功能与需求分析,对数据库及数据流程进行了合理的设计.采用项目树Treeview控件技术、网络化技术以及面向对象技术,提高了软件系统的各项性能.
