基于数值模拟的薄壁构件碰撞性能研究及焊接影响

摘    要:利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA的显式有限元方法对4种典型车用薄壁构件进行正碰碰撞仿真,根据所得的变形模式、冲击力、速度等一系列特性参数,分析了其吸能规律,比较了不同构件耐碰撞性能的优劣,为车辆耐碰撞性能的设计奠定了理论基础。同时对焊点的仿真进行了讨论,分析了连接失效对碰撞性能的影响。

Abstract:An explicit finite element method is adopted to simulate crashworthiness of 4 types of typical thin-walled structures used in vehicle by ANSYS/LS-DYNA.By series of gained parameters,such as deformation model,impact force,acceleration,crash performance and rule of absorb energy are analyzed.It is basic to design vehicle in order to get good crash performance.At the same time,the simulation method of weld is discussed to analyse the effect of the join invalidation on crashworthiness.
