| 摘 要： | 随着道路运输的快速发展,我国的交通安全形势也不容乐观。为更好的确保人民出行安全,需在道路建设初期进行安全评价。本文利用德尔菲法进行两轮专家调查,建立了较为科学完善的道路安全评价指标体系;利用层次分析法合理确定各评价指标权重,从系统工程学角度建立了一套可量化、操作性强的道路安全评价机制。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of road transport,the traffic safety situation in China is urgent.For the better security of people’s travel,the safety assessment on the early road construction should be made.The paper establishes the evaluation index system by the Delphi;and calculated the evaluation index weights of each factor by the AHP.The paper has established the road safety evaluation mechanism which quantifiable and feasible from the system engineering angle. |
