摘 要: | 针对在公路隧道沥青路面的使用过程中交通事故容易造成火灾的问题,对SMA沥青混合料4.75mm以上的粗骨料级配做了调整,并添加无毒、低烟的复合型无机阻燃剂.研究加入阻燃剂后SMA沥青混合料氧指数的变化及其阻燃性和阻燃剂的比例关系,改变粗骨料级配和加入阻燃剂对沥青混合料路用性能的影响.试验结果表明:阻燃剂的掺量为7%时较为合理,此时SMA阻燃沥青混合料具有良好的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性、水稳定性、粘结性、抗压回弹模量和劈裂强度.

Abstract: | In order to solve the problem that traffic accidents are likely to cause fires in the process of using highway tunnel, adjusted asphalt mixture in the above 4. 75 millimeters thick aggregate toxic, low smoke composite flame -retardant were adopted. The changes about oxygen retardant property and pavement performance after adding flame - retardant have been gradation and added non - index, change law of flame studied. Test results show that the best flame - retardant content is the the 7 % of asphalt quality, flame - retardant SMA asphalt mixture has good high temperature stability, low temperature crack resistance, water stability, bonding, and resilient modulus compressive strength and splitting. |
