摘    要:利用有限元软件轮胎与横坡路段路面结构作用的有限元模型,分析不同坡度条件下的轮胎接地压力分布,研究坡度对轮胎路面接触压力分布的影响规律。结果表明,道路横坡对轮胎路面接触压力分布的规律有显著影响:横坡的坡度对轮胎路面接触压力分布存在显著影响,当坡度较小时,接地压力在横向呈对称分布,最大接触压力出现在接触面横轴中心,随着坡度增加,上坡方向的轮胎路面接触面积明显大于下坡方向,接触压力最大值出现位置也出现偏移;横坡路段轮胎与路面之间接触面积较大,但总体的接触压力水平较低。

Finite Element Analysis on the Distribution of Contact Pressure between Tires and Pavements Considering Cross Slopes
Abstract:Using the finite element model of the structure function between tire and the road section of cross slope through finite element software, we analyze the distribution of the tire contact pressure under different slope conditions and research the influence rule of the slope to the distribution of tire contact pressure. The results showed that the cross slope of the road has significant influence on the distribution rule of tire contact pressure : the gradient of cross slope has a significant effect on the distribution of the of tire contact pressure ; when the gradient is small, the ground pressure shows symmetrical distribution laterally and the maximum contact pressure is in the center of the horizontal axis, and with the increase of the gradient, the contact area between the tire and pavement in uphill direction is obviously larger than that in downhill direction and the maximum contact pressure position also appears offset; the contact area between the tire and pavement for the road section of cross slope is larger, but the overall contact pressure level is lower.
