基于厂拌冷再生的大厚度半刚性基层性能研究

摘    要:针对大厚度半刚性基层层间粘结性能差、干缩大、易受温度影响的特点,提出采用厂拌冷再生用于层间过渡,并通过配比和方案设计,抗压强度试验、干缩试验、温缩性能试验。结果表明:冷再生材料层用于半刚性基层中,在冷再生材料的嵌锁挤密效应下,结构的整体性能和抗压强度提高。前期受湿度影响大,后期主要受温度影响,冷再生材料层越多,相同时间的变形量越小。厂拌冷再生材料,有利于减少温度对结构的影响。

Performance Research of Large Thickness Semi -rigid Base Material Based on Plant- mixed Cold Regeneration
Abstract:This article launched a pilot research for the characteristics of the interlayer adhesion performance are poor, great shrinkage, easily influenced by temperature of large thickness semi - rigid. It put forward using cold recycling mixing plant for the transition between layers. And through proportioning and program design, compressive strength test, shrinkage performance test, temperature shrinkage performance test to analyze the material properties. The results showed that: Cold recycled material layer is used to play the semi -rigid interlocking compaction effect the overall performance of the structure and compressive strength increased. Semi - rigid great affected by humidity in preliminary time, and affected mainly by the temperature in late time. The more Cold regeneration material layer, the smaller the amount of deformation at the same time. Plant - mixed cold recycled materials helDful to reduce the inflllenc~ nf tt~rnn~rAt th k,~,-oA~
