| 摘 要： | 随着我国化学工业和公路建设的发展,电石在公路运输中引起的交通事故频繁发生,造成了严重的经济损失和不良的社会影响.建立事故紧急救援预案,提高电石运输事故的救援水平,改善事故的救援状况,对于提高电石运输安全性,减少经济损失具有十分重要的意义.

| Abstract: | With Chemical industry and highway development in China, toumaline transportation dents often happen, lead to great economic loss and harmful social influence. Establishing accident accl emergency rescue preplan is important for improving tourmaline transportation accident aid level, changing accident aid condition, enhancing tourmaline transportation safety and reducing economic losses. |
