摘    要:海洋大气环境保障对未来高技术条件下信息化局部战争特别重要,利用GPS技术探测大气参数的应用具有覆盖范围广、全球、高垂直分辨率、高精度和高长期稳定的特点,对它的研究将给天气预报、气候和全球变化监测等领域产生深刻的影响。文章在其研究成果的基础上,对这一课题的研究背景、研究动向、研究方法和可行性做了相应的阐述,希望能为该技术的创新发展提供思路。

Abstract:The ocean atmosphere environment guarantee is special important in the future of information-based limited war.The application of GPS to detect atmosphere parameter have the characteristics of overlay wide scope,global,high and perpendicular resolution,high accuracy and high long-term stable.The research will deeply change weather forecast,weather and the world monitor etc.On the base of our research results,this text set forth the topic's research background,the trend of study,the method of study and possibilities.Provide the way of thinking for creative development of the technique.
