| Abstract: | In light of the circumstance of the waterways of Haihe bridge,the queuing theory is used to pro- pose the reasonable opening and closing project which is helpful to control the time of opening and closing the bridge so as to alleviates the contradiction between navigation of ships and passing through of cars. |
