碱渣改善SEBS改性沥青混合料水稳定性的试验研究

摘    要:实验分析了几种填料对SEBS改性沥青混合料抗剥落性能的影响。结果表明,碱渣作为一种难以处理的工业废渣,可以作为填料在SEBS改性沥青混合料中使用,其混合料的抗剥落性高于石灰石填料的沥青混合料,4%SEBS混合料试件残留马歇尔稳定度比可以达到89%,剩余强度比均大于0 75。碱渣作为填料使用,还可以减少公路投资和降低养护成本,具有重要的经济和环境效益。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the effects of the fillers on anti-stripping of SEBS modified asphalt concrete.Soda residue is an industrial waste residue which is difficult to be disposed, but it can enhance anti-stripping of asphalt concrete as the filler.The residual Marshell stability can keep 89% intensity and residual strength ratios are greater than 0.75 when soda residue added to 4% SEBS modified asphalt concrete as the filler.Besides this advantage, soda residue can save investment of road construction and reduce the cost of maintenance..
