| 摘 要： | 杭州湾跨海大桥跨越水域气象条件复杂,侧风对行车安全影响突出。基于公共安全风险评价指标,提出设置风障必要性的风险评估方法;在此基础上,基于对设置风障费用和收益的分析,提出备选风障方案优选风险评估方法。从而形成包括风障设置必要性、方案优选方法等的风障设置风险评估方法体系,为科学决策提供依据。

| Abstract: | The climate conditions at seas where Hangzhou Bay Sea-Crossing Bridge spans are complicated and the influences of cross wind there on the vehicle traveling safety of the Bridge are prominent.In this paper,on the basis of the public safety risk assessment indexes,the risk assessment method for necessity of installing of the wind shielding screens for the Bridge is put forward.Further to the method as mentioned,a risk assessment method for optimal selection of the wind shielding screen alternatives is also proposed through a cost-benefit analysis of installing of the wind shielding screens and consequently,a complete risk assessment method system,including the necessity and alternative selection of the wind shielding screens,is formed and the bases for scientific decision-making are provided. |
