| Abstract: | Together with the Port Law, the Regulations on Administrating Dangerous Goods in Port and the Regulations on Ships Carrying Dangerous Goods came into force on Jan.1, 2004. Requirement for dangerous goods shipping were changed. Based on the changes this paper puts forward some countermeasures for the references of colleagues. [ |
