动力装置故障诊断技术研究

摘    要:讨论了故障诊断系统数据库要求、架构和功能设计与实现等技术,对故障诊断推理机制进行了探讨,研究并构建了界面友好的柴油机故障诊断系统.利用该系统可对柴油机状态监控,对故障征兆(趋势)实时预报,对已发生的故障快速诊断,缩短故障维修时间,保障装备的良好工作状态,提高船舶的生命力.

Abstract:Based on the demand analysis of real-time database for marine diesel fault diagnosis system and realization technology of frame and function design,this paper researched on rational mechanism and constructed marine diesel fault diagnosis system with well interface.It can monitor the marine diesel state and real-time predict the fault symptom so as to diagnose rapidly and reduce maintain time and ensure the equipment's militancy and work well to enhance the life force.
