开展QC小组活动的“5个坚持”

广泛深入地开展QC小组活动,是企业深化质量管理,增强员工创新意识,提高质量管理水平的有效方法,能解决企业生产经营管理中存在的有关问题,是增强企业竞争力的有效途径。企业改革的进一步深化,给开展QC小组活动提出了更高的要求。为了更好地结合企业实际开展好QC小组活动,提高企业全员质量管理水平,在此论述开展QC小组活动的"5个坚持("坚持组织领导、坚持锐意创新、坚持团结协作、坚持人才建设、坚持过程控制),以求达到培养、锻炼、发现人才,提高产品质量、服务质量和管理水平的目的。

＂Five Insistence＂ for Carrying Out QC Team Activities

Deeply and widely carrying out QC team activities is the effective way of deepening the quality management,improving their innovation consciousness,improving the quality management level for the enterprise,solving the existing related problems in production and operation of enterprises management and enhancing the competitive power of enterprise.The further deepening of enterprises reform presents higher demands for carrying out QC group activity.In order to carry out QC group activities better combined with enterprise＇s actual situation and improve enterprise＇s total quality management level,this paper discuss the five insistences in carrying out QC team activities（insist on the leadership,insist on innovation,insist on the unity cooperation,insist on the talents construction,insist on the process control） to achieve the purposes of training,exercise,discovering the talents and improving product quality,service quality and management level.
