| 摘 要： | 客运专线运营调度系统总体技术方案早已通过铁道部发布,但在实施过程中,无论是相关系统提供商的实施方案,还是具体项目的工程设计方案,与铁道部颁布的总体技术方案存在较大差异,导致运营调度系统的方案以及运营调度系统与相关系统之间的接口关系发生较大变化。重视现状,及时理顺、调整和整合运调系统与相关系统之间的关系,是客运专线建设过程中急需解决的问题。
