| 摘 要： | 论述开展工程施工图预算审查工作的意义、内容和方法,对审查中常见的设计与施工单位相互"配合"编制施工设计预算,预算编制质量不高,施工图预算提报滞后,设计变更不按规定履行报批手续等问题进行分析。通过分析与探讨,提出提高施工图预算审查质量应加强几个方面的工作,充分发挥施工图预算审查在工程投资控制中的作用。

| Abstract: | The meaning,content and method of engineering construction drawing budget review are discussed in the paper.The problems in reviewing that the common design and construction unit mutual ＂cooperates＂ planning construction design budget,budgeting quality is not high,construction drawing budget reported lags behind,the design change does not perform the application and approval procedure are analyzed.Through the analysis and studies,it put forward to enhance construction drawing budget review quality should strengthen the work of several aspects,and give full play to construction drawing budget review in the project investment control. |
