Research purposes: Through making analyses and summary of maintenance and operation systems of railways at home and abroad,the discussion is made on the practical significance of maintenance and operation systems of Shenshuo-Huanghua Railway for the purpose of making the proposals for improving the railway maintenance and operation levels in China.Research methods:The researches are done on the maintenance and operation systems of Shenshuo-Huanghua Railway and railways at home and abroad by adopting analysis and summary methods.Research conclusions:The maintenance and operation systems applied in Shenshuo-Huanghua Railway satisfy the investment requirements and its management mode has reference significance to the railway reform in China and is worth being used widely.
