| 摘 要： | 安全管理体系内部审核是ISM规则的强制要求,更是体系自我控制和自我完善的重要手段,其实施质量会直接影响到安全管理体系的有效性。本文通过对安全管理体系内部审核要求的分析,提出实施过程中应把握的基本原则和方法,并对相关问题进行探讨。

| Abstract: | The SMS internal audit is not only the mandatory requirement of ISM code,but also is the important process for the self-regulation and self-improvement of the system,and the perform quality will directly influence the effective functioning of the SMS.This thesis puts forward basic principle and method during the compliance process by analysis of SMS internal audits,and debates on related questions. |
