从就业教育向创业教育转变，深化高职素质教育

知识经济时代的到来，产业结构的调整，高职学生个人发展需要，对高职素质教育带来了新的挑战。传统的就业教育弊端日益凸显，从就业教育向创业教育转变势在必行。本文通过对就业教育、创业教育、素质教育的内涵及其关系的分析，认为提高大学生的创业创新能力，是把素质教育引向深入的重要举措，并就高职院校如何从就业教育向创业教育转变提出了五项对策。
