摘    要:介绍了一套采用PLC控制的电液比例控制系统的设计,该设计将这套系统应用于HJD输送装置中,实现了液压系统柔性化、智能化,充分发挥出液压传动大扭矩、惯性小和响应快等优点;控制方式灵活,调试方便,极大地提高了该装置的可靠性.实践表明这种方法能有效提高系统的控制精度和设备自动化程度,便于实现机电液一体化.

Abstract:This paper introduced the design of marine conveying appliance electro-hydraulic proportional control system. This design applied the system in HJD conveying appliance to realize the flexible and intellectualized function of hydraulic system and bring into full play such advantages of hydraulic drives as big moment, small inertia and fast response, etc. Dexterous control and convenient debugging enhanced greatly the reliability of this appliance. The practice shows that this method could effectively improve the control accuracy of the system and the automatic level of the appliance and be convenient to realize the integration of mechanism and electric control and hydraulic pressure.
