摘    要:以Ti(OC4H9)4和Si(OC2H5)4为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备纳米TiO2-SiO2复合材料.通过光催化降解罗丹明B实验,确定制备纳米TiO2-SiO2复合材料的最佳条件,即Ti∶Si=1∶0.5,煅烧温度为500℃,制备溶胶pH取5~6.通过SEM测试,发现纳米复合材料的基本粒子为分散均匀的球形颗粒状结构;XRD分析结果表明,复合材料中TiO2主要以锐钛矿晶型存在,颗粒粒径在10~30 nm.光催化降解实验表明,按照最佳条件制备纳米TiO2-SiO2复合材料的光催化降解效果较好,在日光照射90 min后,对罗丹明B的降解率可以达到100%.

Abstract:Nanosized TiO2-SiO2composite materials were prepared from Ti( OC4H9 )4 and Si( OC2H5 )4 by sol- gel method to determine the optimum condition of rhodamine B photodeeomposition. The composite material has the best photocatalytic reactivity when Ti: Si molar ratio is 2, with calcining heat at 500℃ and pH = 5 - 6. SEM indicates that the composite materials is composed of spherical particles with uniformly dispersion, and the crystal structure of the TiO2 is mainly anatase phase with average particle diameter of 10 - 30 nm. The photocatalytic experiment shows after being irradiated under the sunlight for 90 min, completels degrade ation of the dye is obtained.
