贵广铁路双线隧道钻爆法施工机械化配套及适用性分析

为分析双线铁路隧道机械化配套的适用条件，以贵广铁路双线隧道机械化配套的施工资源配置情况为例，从进度、安全、质量和经济指标等要素入手，采用定量与定性相结合的方式，对双线隧道机械化配套适用性进行系统地分析。主要结论与建议如下：1）预测了隧道施工机械化配套在当前及今后不同阶段的适用范围； 2）建议隧道钻爆法施工应优先推广混凝土喷射机械手和沟槽台车的使用，并在Ⅱ级和Ⅲ级围岩占比例较高的大断面长大隧道钻爆法施工中应尽可能地实施机械化配套，最终逐步实现隧道钻爆法施工的全面机械化配套； 3）展望了高度机械化配套的改进方向。

Mechanical Matching for Double-track Railway Tunnels Constructed by Drilling-and-Blasting Method and Analysis on Its Applicability:Case Study on Tunnels on Guiyang-Guangzhou Railway

The applicability of mechanical matching of double track railway tunnels constructed by drilling and blasting method is systematically analyzed in terms of progress, safety, quality and economic efficiency, with the double track tunnels on Guiyang Guangzhou railway as an example.The application range of mechanical matching at present and in the future is predicted. It is proposed that shotcreting robot and trench formwork trolley should be popularized first for tunnels constructed by drilling and blasting method before mechanical matching is adopted gradually for all large cross section tunnels constructed by drilling and blasting method. The trend of mechanical matching is prospected.
