摘    要:采用理化实验对实装实验中断裂的35CrMnSiA高强度螺栓进行了失效分析.结果表明,该型螺栓在实装实验中发生的断裂不同于其在预装中发生的氢脆断裂,符合应力腐蚀断裂的特征.结合螺栓实际受力情况、工作环境综合分析,得出了螺栓在实装实验中发生的断裂属于海洋大气环境造成的应力腐蚀断裂.提出了以更换镀层、提高成品的检测和分选能力来提高螺栓抗延迟断裂能力.

Abstract:Physics and chemistry experiments are adopted to investigate the fractures of 35CrMnSiA high-strength bolt in real assemble tests.The results show that those failures in real assemble tests are different from the hydrogen-induced cracking failures happened in experimental assemble tests,but meet features of stress corrosion cracking.Taking the stress and working environment of those bolts into account,corrosive condition of the sea air causes the stress corrosion cracking of bolts.Changing the plating,impro...
