摘    要:以某滚装船为例,分析了由两台8ZAL40S主机通过齿轮啮合共同驱动一根螺旋桨轴旋转的复杂船舶推进轴系的自由扭转振动和强迫扭转振动,按照相关船级的要求进行了校核,满足安全性要求.在此基础上,重点计算了两台主机发火间隔角的匹配对轴系扭转振动所产生的影响.对合理选择同一系统中多台主机的发火相位差角,避免对轴系扭转振动产生有害影响等方面进行了研究.

Abstract:Torsion vibration of the propulsion shafting of a Ro-Ro ship is calculated,which is propelled by one screw propeller driven by two 8ZAL40S engine.Calculation results of both free and forced torsion vibration are given.These results are checked according to the Rules for Ships of several Classification Societies.Based on the above,the influence of firing phase angle of the two engines on torsion vibration of the shafting is studied in detail by compiling a computation program.This effort would be helpful to rationally choose firing phase angle interval and to reduce damage caused by torsion vibration.
