橡胶粉水泥混凝土在港航工程中应用的试验研究

就水流冲刷水工构造物带来的问题，提出了为提高水工构筑物中混凝土的力学、抗渗、抗冲磨等性能，在混凝土中掺人替代同质量砂的橡胶粉形成橡胶粉水泥混凝土。首先对不同掺量的橡胶粉水泥混凝土进行了力学性能试验，得出了抗压强度、抗折强度随掺量的变化情况；其次对不同掺量的橡胶粉水泥混凝土进行了干缩性能、抗渗性能、抗冲磨性能的试验研究。结果表明，掺入橡胶粉后的混凝土能有效减少干缩作用，同时橡胶粉的替代量为3．5％时，其抗渗性能、抗冲磨性能效果最佳。该试验研究为橡胶粉水泥混凝土在港航工程水工建筑物上的应用提供了依据。

Experimental Study on Application of Rubberized Cement Concrete in Port and Waterway Engineering
