| 摘 要： | 舰船的设计质量是决定舰船最终质量的最为关键的因素。提出运用模糊AHP和D-S理论相结合的方法对舰船设计质量进行评估,并将最优证据引入D-S理论,解决证据冲突问题,使评估结果更加科学合理。通过实例证明了方法的可行性,对控制舰船的设计质量以保证研制的顺利进行具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Design quality of a warship is the critical factor that affects the finally quality of warship. A method, combining the fuzzy AHP and D-S theory, is proposed to evaluate design quality. To avoid evidence conflict, this method adds the most excellent evidence into D -S theory, which makes the evaluating result in reasonable manner.
