The purpose of remote sensing images fusion is to produce a fused image that contains more clear, accurate and comprehensive information than any single image. A novel fusion method is proposed in this paper based on nonsubsampled contourlet transform (NSCT) and region segmentation. Firstly, the multispectral image is transformed to intensity-hue-saturation (IHS) system. Secondly, the panchromatic image and the component intensity of the multispectral image are decomposed by NSCT. Then the NSCT coefficients of high and low frequency subbands are fused by different rules, respectively. For the high frequency subbands, the fusion rules are also unalike in the smooth and edge regions. The two regions are segregated in the panchromatic image, and the segmentation is based on particle swarm optimization. Finally, the fusion image can be obtained by performing inverse NSCT and inverse IHS transform. The experimental results are evaluated by both subjective and objective criteria. It is shown that the proposed method can obtain superior results to others.  相似文献

In order to enhance the contrast of the fused image and reduce the loss of fine details in the process of image fusion,a novel fusion algorithm of infrared and visible images is proposed.First of all,regions of interest(RoIs)are detected in two original images by using saliency map.Then,nonsubsampled contourlet transform(NSCT)on both the infrared image and the visible image is performed to get a low-frequency sub-band and a certain amount of high-frequency sub-bands.Subsequently,the coefcients of all sub-bands are classified into four categories based on the result of RoI detection:the region of interest in the low-frequency sub-band(LSRoI),the region of interest in the high-frequency sub-band(HSRoI),the region of non-interest in the low-frequency sub-band(LSNRoI)and the region of non-interest in the high-frequency sub-band(HSNRoI).Fusion rules are customized for each kind of coefcients and fused image is achieved by performing the inverse NSCT to the fused coefcients.Experimental results show that the fusion scheme proposed in this paper achieves better efect than the other fusion algorithms both in visual efect and quantitative metrics.  相似文献

针对小波变换不能很好地表达图像边缘信息,NSCT变换对图像细节信息表达缺失的问题,本文提出了一种改进的基于NSCT变换的图像融合方法.首先将经过预处理和配准后的红外图像和可见光图像进行NSCT变换,得到各个源图像的低频和高频系数,然后对分解后的低频系数采用小波变换的融合规则进行融合处理,高频系数则采用基于特征的区域能量的融合规则进行融合处理,最后对融合后的系数进行NSCT反变换得到融合图像.仿真实验表明,采用改进的NSCT融合方法对红外与可见光图像的融合有良好的效果,图像更清晰,信息更全面.  相似文献

为解决变形较大的无人机影像配准问题,提出了点特征和边缘特征相结合的配准方法.用尺度不变特征变换(SIFT)算法提取点特征,完成影像的初步配准,并通过多项式函数对影像进行粗校正.在此基础上提取影像的边缘特征信息,根据距离相似性对边缘特征信息进行配准;依据色彩能量差筛选点特征信息配准结果和边缘特征信息配准结果,采用小面元微分校正的方法对变形影像进行校正.实验结果表明:提出的配准方法能够弥补点特征配准方法和边缘特征配准方法的不足,其配准的鲁棒性提高10%左右,可以较好地完成变形较大的无人机影像配准.   相似文献

为在大范围低可见度环境下实现无人驾驶汽车的高精度定位,基于VINS-Mono算法的系统框架,在系统的前端与后端分别增添了RFAST弱光图像增强模块与VG融合定位模块,提出了一种融合定位算法LVG_SLAM; RFAST弱光图像增强模块采用小波变换将原始输入图像的细节信息与亮度信息分离,对于包含原始图像噪声的细节信息通过统一阈值和均值滤波2种方式实现噪声抑制,并利用双边纹理滤波算法进行细节增强,在此基础上,根据多尺度Retinex算法增强图像的对比度,提高低可见度环境下角点提取的成功率,从而保证图像跟踪的稳定性,改善定位算法的鲁棒性; 基于无迹卡尔曼滤波算法,VG融合定位模块将GNSS定位信息与惯性导航测量信息进行松耦合,融合定位结果作为约束引入VI-SLAM后端,通过联合非线性优化的方式减少累积误差对算法定位精度的影响。计算结果表明:相较于VINS-Mono算法,改进的LVG_SLAM融合定位算法在EuRoC与Kitti公开数据集上表现更加出色,均方根误差分别降低了38.76%与58.39%,运动轨迹更贴近真实轨迹; 在实际夜晚道路场景下,LVG_SLAM算法将定位误差控制在一定范围内,顺利检测到闭环使得定位表现得到大幅改善,均方根误差、平均误差、最大误差、中位数误差分别降低了79.61%、82.50%、71.31%、83.77%,与VINS-Mono算法相比,在定位精度与鲁棒性方面具有明显的优势。   相似文献

A new speckle suppression method in contourlet domain was presented. By modeling the subband contourlet coefficients of the ultrasound images after logarithmic transform as generalized Gaussian distribution (GGD), we gave a scale-adaptive threshold in Bayesian framework. Experimental results of both synthetic and clinical ultrasound images show that our method has a better performance on speckle suppressing than the wavelet-based method while well preserving the feature details.  相似文献

An iris localization scheme based on edge searching strategies is presented. First, the edge detection operator Laplacian-of-Gaussian (LOG) is used to iris original image to search its inner boundary. Then, a circle detection operator is introduced to locate the outer boundary and its center, which is invariant of translation, rotation and scale. Finally, the method of curve fitting is developed in localization of eyelid. The performance of the proposed method is tested with 756 iris images from 108 different classes in CASIA Iris Database and compared with the conventional Hough transform method. The experimental results show that without loss of localization accuracy, the proposed iris localization algorithm is apparendy faster than Hough transform.  相似文献

交通图像处理系统需要存储或上传非正常交通状况的图像,而图像数据量大难以存储或上传,对此本文设计了一种基于FPGA的交通图像压缩系统.针对交通图像压缩的特点,采用算法复杂度相对较低的JPEG算法,并对算法进行并行化处理,使系统内各个模块并行运行,增强了系统的实时性;采用两个基于Loeffler快速算法的一维DCT变换(1D DCT)模块实现二维DCT变换(2D DCT),并在对大量交通图像进行实验的基础上给出一套适合交通图像压缩同时适合FPGA处理的量化表,大大降低了系统对FPGA资源的占用.外场实验分析表明,系统工作稳定,压缩图像质量好,压缩比较高,实时性强,对分辨率为720×576的彩色图像具有30帧/s的处理能力,可以作为交通图像处理系统的重要组成模块.  相似文献

提出了一种基于图像融合和DCT域增强的人脸识别方法.首先对人脸图像分别进行直方图均衡化和对指数变换,将二者变换结果融合,减少光照对人脸识别的影响;然后进行DCI变换,在滤除高频分量的同时进行图像增强,抑制块效应,在此基础上进行IDCT图像重建,利用二维主成分分析提取人脸特征,降低空间维数;最后通过最邻近分类法实现人脸识别.Yale人脸库仿真实验表明,该方法在光照变化较大和人脸样本较少的情况下具有较高的识别率.  相似文献

针对因颜色引起图像失真的问题,提出用光照补偿的方法进行图像增强.即将"参考白"像素的色彩RGB分量都调到最大,而其他像素则按比例进行变换,从而可以得到色彩比较纯正的图像.实验表明对于因颜色不正引起失真的图像,使用这种方法可以改善图像质量.  相似文献

为提高多站无源协同跟踪的精度.提出了一种基于方位时差的目标跟踪方法.从一种拟线性的方位增量卡尔曼预处理方法人手,降低方位观测的误差,利用距离和时差跟踪建立观测方程.使用扩展卡尔曼滤波的方法对目标的运动状态进行估计,并采用分布式估计集中处理的方式融合多站并行估计数据.通过计算机仿真分析了该方位时差方法的跟踪性能.仿真结果表明.该方法对于目标状态的估计与真值偏差较小,能够满足跟踪精度要求.  相似文献

为提高高光谱遥感图像的分类精度,提出了一种新的结构性稀疏表示及字典学习的高光谱遥感图像分类方法.该方法能同时利用高光谱遥感图像像素间的空间及光谱关系得到表示每个像素的字典,被划分为同一像素组的像素具有通用的稀疏模式;由字典计算图像的稀疏表示系数获得遥感图像的稀疏表示特征;利用线性支持向量机算法实现对高光谱遥感图像的分类.对AVIRIS和ROSIS高光谱遥感图像进行的实验结果表明:提出的方法比普通字典学习分类精度分别提高0.041 1和0.046 6,Kappa系数分别提高0.179 3和0.056 3.   相似文献

A novel semi-fragile watermarking scheme for the content authentication of images using wavelet transform (WT) is presented in this paper. It is tolerant to the embedded wavelet image compression methods based on WT such as embedded zerotree wavelet (EZW), set partitioning in hierarchical trees (SPIHT) and embedded block coding with optimized truncation (EBCOT) in JPEG2000 to a pre-determined bit-plane, but is sensitive to all other malicious attacks. The image features are generated from the lowest-frequency (LF) subband of the original image as the embedded watermark. The watermark is embedded into the pre-determined bit-plane by adjusting the corresponding values in the given subband. In the process of watermarking authentication, we compare the image features generated from the LF subband of the received image with the embedded watermarking information (the image features of the original image) extracted from the pre-determined bit-plane in the given subband of the received image to decide whether the image is attacked maliciously or processed acceptably (the embedded wavelet compression). The most important advantage of our watermarking scheme is that the watermark information can be extracted from the watermarked image when detecting watermark, so the received image authentication needs no information about the original image or watermark. Experimental results prove the effectiveness of our proposed watermarking scheme.  相似文献
