海底光缆信息传输网络规划的研究

针对海底光缆信息传输系统的特点,通过与陆上光纤网络的对比,从海洋环境的特殊性考虑影响海底光缆通信系统的因素.根据多种业务承载能力,研究海光缆信息传输系统的网络拓扑结构和主要的技术指标,从而对各种网络结构的性能进行具体的分析.论文分别对于三种常用的光纤网络组成方案,包括基于SDH的网络设计方案、基于WDM的网络设计方案、基于SDH+ WDM的网络设计方案,从可靠性、可行性、复杂性进行分析和对比,为海光缆的实际网络规划设计提供参考.     

微细光缆静水高压环境下的传输衰减特性试验研究

最近我国也研制成功了微细光缆,该光缆直径小于1mm,极限拉伸强度约400N.如果它在高压环境下的传输衰减特性能满足要求,则它在很多水下工程结构如各类大潜深潜水器以及海底观测基站上会有很广泛的应用前景.文章的主要目的就是介绍该种国产微细光缆在静水高压环境下的传输损耗试验情况.文中对微细光缆的静水高压传输损耗试验进行了介绍和描述,并对试验结果进行了初步分析,获得了一些有用的结论.     

海底光缆制造中的优化

在计算双层铠装海底光缆拉伸强度的基础上，建立了海底光缆结构参数的优化模型，对于海底光缆的设计制造有一定的指导意义。海底光缆铠装钢丝层之间的滑动对于海底光缆的拉伸强度有重要影响，分析这种滑动产生的原因，提出控制滑动的一些方法，并建立相应的结构参数优化模型。     

国内单根最长的海缆在中电八所问世

经过多年技术攻关，中电科技集团公司八所利用自制设备成功研制出国内首根大长度50km低损耗海底光缆，填补了国内空白。其配套产品“带光放大模块接头盒”、“快速接头盒”等均是八所自行研制，属国内首创。在近期有多家单位联合参与的海上试验中，该批海底光缆及海底光缆接头盒经受多次快速布放和打捞试验，传输性能稳定，各项指标均满足合同规定的要求，试验取得圆满成功。     

海洋信息感知与综合传输网络

在信息化时代,人类要认识海洋、开发海洋,首先要感知海洋,了解海洋信息、构建海洋网络、建立海洋历史数据库和实时数据库,从中探索诸多海洋规律。特别是海洋战场,更需要全面的海洋信息感知能力和海洋信息综合传输能力。本文主要探讨海洋作战及海军装备对海洋信息感知和传输网络的需求,海洋信息感知对信息化战争的支撑作用和实现途径。     

对海底光缆进行窃听的技术分析

分析了对海底光缆中的光信号进行窃听的技术途径,讨论对我国海域海光缆进行窃听的方法,研究了美国核动力攻击潜艇"吉米·卡特"号的海底光缆窃听能力.     

海缆中光放大器的改进方案

结合某海底光缆系统实例，介绍海缆传输系统。着重讨论其中光放大器的各项特性性能指标，并简要介绍其工艺流程。     

虚拟化多级分组安全模型V-MGSM在船舶通信系统中的应用

船舶通信系统的信息化建设一直都是船舶工业发展的重点。随着卫星通信系统、海底光缆和无线自组网技术的发展,海上作业平台和船舶之间的通讯越来越便捷。与此同时,信息传输和通讯网络的安全问题也显得尤为重要。本文针对船舶通信系统的安全问题,设计虚拟化多级分组安全模型V-MGSM,并阐述该安全模型的原理和实现过程。     

深海岸基信息传输系统中的散射通信技术

深海岸基的信息传输在船舶设备运行、水下设备监控和实时海底观测等工况下具有重要意义。随着科技水平的发展,散射通信技术逐步应用到了各种工况下的信息传输和信息控制系统中。本文全面细致地分析了散射通信技术的原理和构成,论证了利用散射通信技术实现深海岸基信息传输系统的搭建,并结合仿真和实际应用的案例分析了岸基、海上通信网络的结构。     

海底光缆路由调查船设计

海底光缆的稳定性日益受到关注,而海底光缆路由调查的质量将直接影响系统日后在施工交付和使用维护时的安全。通过对目前海底光缆路由调查作业及其主要作业设备的调查分析,有利于对未来该专业的发展方向进行规划。

桥梁防撞设施物理模型试验

物理模型试验是预报防撞设施所受撞击力及优化设计方案的主要方法之一。结合杭州湾大桥柔性防撞设施及东海大桥独立式防撞体设计方案,阐述了船—防撞体撞击试验的基本原理、方法、试验方案及相关试验结果。提出了柔性防撞系统的优化方案。试验结果表明,该方案经济有效,可供预报类似桥梁防撞设施撞击力时参考。     

印尼某电厂码头水工建筑物设计

印尼某电厂项目码头水工建筑物包括码头、防波堤和护岸等主要组成部分。在该项目水工建筑物的设计过程中,综合考虑当地的自然条件、施工能力和材料来源等因素,不断优化结构选型和结构断面。根据不同使用要求,护岸分别采用直立式和斜坡式2种结构型式,推荐的设计方案节省投资、施工方便,可供同类工程设计参考。     

Catalyzing Coastal Management in Kenya and Zanzibar: Building Capacity and Commitment

Site-based projects were initiated in Chawka Bay-Paje, Zanzibar, and Nyali-Bamburi-Shanzu, Kenya, to demonstrate the benefits of an integrated coastal management (ICM) approach for addressing coastal issues such as tourism development and enhancement of resource-dependent village economies in eastern Africa. A two-year, multidonor project used three primary strategies to make rapid, but sustainable, progress toward ICM. These included using interagency government teams for ICM planning, adopting an internationally recognized framework for ICM as a project ''road map,'' and explicitly incorporating capacity-building strategies into all aspects of the project. Within two years, integrated ICM action strategies, prepared through participatory processes, were being implemented at both sites, and both teams were working to expand the scale and scope of ICM in their nation. More importantly, the project helped create committed, capable, interagency groups that continue to work together to address urgent ICM issues.
